14. If the Seller fails to include the cost of special packing in the Purchase Price the Buyer need to pay to the Seller such costs on demand.

Nevertheless, if the floor piece is enhanced with grid steel mesh or similar materials to a level less than 70 mm below the surface, unique drilling devices will be needed and any extra costs incurred will be to the purchaser's account.
Unless stated in composing our quote assumes a sensible condition of flatness of floor. Flatness tolerances must be within + 3 mm inside a 3 metre radius. 21. The Buyer shall pay the Seller instantly. If the Purchaser stops working to make a payment by the due date, the Seller may, without notification, withhold shipment of any further Goods to the Buyer and might terminate, without liability to the Buyer, any or all surviving agreements between the Seller and the Buyer.
If payment is not made on the due date, the Seller might charge interest on the quantity payable at the rate of 5% over the 90 day bank costs rate appropriate on the day the payment is due. 23. The Purchase Price is not inclusive of goods and services tax, unless otherwise specified in writing.
